These beans, grown at altitudes between 1200 and 1950 metres above sea level, undergo a natural process that meticulously preserves their intrinsic sweetness and depth of flavour. The result is a balanced, indulgent cup that delights the senses with smooth notes of toasted almond and milk chocolate, complemented by the bright, lively acidity of caramelised apricot and pineapple.
